Shipping

I will ship anywhere my local shipping covers (U.S. as well as overseas). I will use the best method for your destination (USPS or FedEx usually and whatever carrier picks it up outside the U.S.) and I will always insure the shipment. The cost of shipping will be added to the total price for the piece you purchase and varies depending on the piece in question as well as the destination. Need expedited shipping? Refunds and Returns and Commissioned pieces

I will always send pictures of commissioned items before payment and a confirmation of acceptance will be required from the purchaser. Refunds are only offered if the item is delivered damaged. The item will need to be returned to me before a refund is made.

To be eligible for a return/refund due to shipping damage you must contact me no later than 10 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my art I do not offer exchanges.

Gifts

Rules for refunds are the same even if the purchaser has me send the item to an address other than their own. It will be the purchaser's responsibility to facilitate the refund/return process as they are who I will have the information on.

Shipping returns

In the case of a return/refund I will send you instructions on how to go forth with that. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If I never receive the return I can't make a refund.
